Kat Von D and Jesse are engaged
The heavily-tattooed TV personality, 28, is engaged to motorcycle enthusiast Jesse James. James, 41, went through a very public split from Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock last year. This will be the fourth marriage for James and the second for Kat.
