Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds ring in the New Year together

Former costars and soon-to-be divorced celebrities Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds spent a friendly New Year's Eve together in Austin Texas, according to People magazine

The two are strictly pals according to Bullock's representative.

"A group of old friends that included Ryan and Sandra spent New Year's together at Sandra's restaurant Bess Bistro," the representative told the magazine. "They all had a great time ringing in the New Year as they have in the past ... as nothing more than friends."
Bullock and Reynolds costarred in the 2009 film "The Proposal" with Betty White. Bullock announced in January her plans to divorce Jesse James, CEO of West Coast Choppers custom motorcycles, via a People magazine. There were reports that said her husband had cheated on her, which James later confirmed in an interview on ABC's "Nightline" in May.
Reynolds and actress Scarlett Johansson announced their split after two years of marriage on Dec. 14, 2010.
