Julianne Hough's racy 'Is That So Wrong' video not banned, CMT says - but is it offensive?

Julianna Hough, a "Dancing With the Stars" pro-dancer and girlfriend of "American Idol" host Ryan Secrest, is raising eyebrows with a racy music video for her song "Is That So Wrong", which that shows her writhing around on a bed.

The single for the video was released in June.

The Washington Post quoted Hough as saying during a concert earlier this month that the The station has denied this.

"CMT did not ban Julianne's video, in fact we world premiered the video back in July," a CMT spokesperson told OnTheRedCarpet.com. "We took it down shortly thereafter due to ongoing contract negotiations with Julianne's label, Universal Music Group."

Hough, the sister of "Dancing With the Stars" pro-dancer Derek Hough, has won the ABC ballroom dancing show twice and earned an Emmy nomination in 2007 for choreography. She left the show last year to concentrate on her acting career.

She recently finished shooting a remake of the rebellious musical movie "Footloose", playing April, the love interest of Ren, who is portrayed by "Center Stage 2" star Kenny Wormald. It is set for release on Oct. 14, 2011.
