Jane Fonda Workout Prime

Jane FondaJANE Fonda says it’s important for older people to workout, too!
The 72-year-old recently released work out DVDs Jane Fonda: Prime Time Walkout and Jane Fonda: Prime Time Fit & Strong.
“It’s the worst thing that a person could do when they’re older is to say, ‘Why bother now? I’m older. I don’t need to,’” Fonda said.
“I’m on this crusade to get older people out of the chairs, off their couches, moving in a way that’s safe, easy and very doable even if they’ve never done it a day in their lives. It’s never too late.
“It was the research that I did while writing my book on the aging body that motivated me to get back into the fitness industry again.”
“You get a little wiser as you get older. You’ve been there, done that. You know it’s not gonna kill you. You’ve survived it before. You tend to make lemonade out of lemons instead of mountains out of mole hills,” she added.
Meanwhile, Jane — who has been married to French director Roger Vadim, former politician Tom Hayden and media mogul Ted Turner — is to tie knot again after surviving a breast cancer scare earlier this year.  surgery earlier this month to remove a lump from her breast after doctors discovered a small “non-invasive” tumor during a routine check-up.
Jane and Richard got engaged in 2009.
“Richard has been a rock. He stuck by her side through the whole ordeal and promised to take care of her, no matter how serious the situation turned out to be,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.
“Seeing Richard step up to the plate made Jane realize he is truly the man for her… The cancer changed Jane’s priorities. He’s the man of her dreams, and Jane wants to be with him for the rest of her life.”
