Kate Gosselin ran the Zappos.com Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon on Sunday, but it apparently took longer than she had hoped. Gosselin finished the 26.2 mile Las Vegas Marathon, which benefited the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, in four hours, 59 minutes and 21 seconds.

"A lot slower than I hoped but I finished & I'm happy!" Gosselin wrote on Twitter on December 5.

Though the reality star said she had to be helped from the finish line, she is already raring to go for her next race.

"So sore last pm-hard X walking... but today less sore & back in heels!" Gosselin continued. "Yes, ready to start training for next 1... to beat my X!"

Gosselin has been running for about three years and trained for the race near her home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania.

"I'm running this because I want to show that with dedication and determination anything is possible," Gosselin told People magazine before the event. "I want them to remember this moment when their mom completed a marathon, knowing that nothing in life should stop them from attaining their goals."

"This will probably be one of the most painful messages I will ever impart to them," Gosselin joked.

Gosselin recently laughed off rumors that she received a facelift, addressing the issue at her new blogging gig.

"I will confirm that I have not had one," Gosselin wrote on her CouponCabin.com blog. "I am only 36! But, I will take all of the talk about how rested and young I look as a compliment! So thanks!"

According to Us Weekly magazine, Gosselin had a tummy tuck in 2007 and breast implant surgery in 2009. In June, she reportedly gave herself Botox injections.

In November, CouponCabin.com announced that Gosselin would serve as a contributing blogger, offering money-saving advice. The mother of eight returned to the job market after her TLC reality series "Kate Plus 8" ended in September.

"No matter what your financial situation is, there's no reason not to use coupons. It's like free money in your pocket!" Gosselin said in a statement at the time. "I'm thrilled to lend my expertise to CouponCabin.com, where you can easily find the best deals on practically everything."

Gosselin's blogging gig began on November 22 and the reality star offered advice on holiday shopping before the busiest shopping day of the year, Black Friday.

The series finale of "Kate Plus 8," a spin-off of her original program "Jon & Kate Plus 8," aired on September 12 and Gosselin said that she felt bad for her children.

"I feel sad for my kids, because of all of the opportunities that they're now questioning what's going to happen," Gosselin said on NBC's "Today" show at the time. "I feel sad for fans because they're devastated. They're saying, 'You know, you're the neighbor moving far away and we won't see you again.'"

The TLC series saw Gosselin living life as a single mother of sextuplets - 7-year-old Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel, and twin daughters, Cara and Madelyn, who are 11. Gosselin reportedly earned $250,000 per episode, according to TVGuide.com. (Check out a list of the highest-paid stars on television)

"Jon & Kate Plus 8" debuted in 2007 following a series of specials and featured her and then-husband Jon. The series changed its name in 2009, when the couple divorced.

The show made the family famous and Gosselin also had the chance to compete on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" last year. The Gosselins also appeared on the Discovery Channel series "Sarah Palin's Alaska" (see photos).

TLC had announced on August 15 that "Kate Plus 8' would end on September 12 after 150 episodes, adding that the network "hopes to check in with Kate and the family periodically with specials in the future."
