Victoria Beckham is expecting her 4th child

Normally picture-perfect Victoria Beckham has been papped out on the town looking rather quesy.
The pregnant star, 36, and husband David headed to Park Lane's celebrity sushi haunt Nobu on Thursday, but Posh left looking well, um, a bit sick.

'Victoria was really pale and even her eyes looked a bit bloodshot,' says an onlooker. And it wasn't the menu. Though pregnant women are advised against eating raw shellfish, Nobu also serves up succulent chicken skewers, tenderloin of beef and other delights.

Sickness and vomiting usually start before the 9th week of pregnancy and the symptoms go by 16 weeks. But some pregnant women have some sickness throughout the 9 months.
