Lindsay Lohan accuser drops charges Lindsay Lohan accuser Dawn Holland won't press charges or respond if subpoenaed by police in any further investigation of a Dec. 12 incident at the Betty Ford Center sober house where Lohan is living, Holland's lawyer told TMZ on Friday.
"A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan," attorney Keith Davidson told the website, saying his client doesn't want to do anything that would mess up the actress' probation or recovery. Lohan is required to obey all laws while on probation.
Lohan lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said Wednesday that her client had in fact called police first, and sources told TMZ that the "Mean Girls" star was sober, having been at the Viceroy Hotel to get her hair done.
This is Lilo's fifth time in rehab; Holland is reportedly an eight-time rehab veteran. Lohan was ordered by Judge Elden Fox in October to stay at Betty Ford through Jan. 3, for complicated reasons you can read about here.
